Pay rate: $5,400.00 / day, OT$600.00/hr, Telephone call: $500.00

Specialty(ies) being requested: Hematology / Oncology

Clinic Hours of operation Mon-Fri: 8 am – 5pm.

Is outpatient coverage being requested? Yes

Is After-hours coverage (on-call) required Mon-Fri: Telephone call, evening and weekend.

Is weekend call coverage required? : Yes

EMR – OncoEMR (clinic)

EMR – Epic (hospital)

Is the facility able to provide dedicated support staff to aid the physician with EMR issues?

Yes. MA, RN, NP
