Anesthesia, IN

The practice consists of general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy peds (1year and older), occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks. No CRNA supervision. Provider must work Monday – Friday assignment blocks 7am - 3-pm;

• Location: Indiana.

• Pay rate: $420/hour

• Call back rate: $420/hour.

• Night call (pager fee): $565.00

• 24 hour call (4hr gratis): $2,899.00

• Orientation: $291/hour.

• EMR Epic

• IMLC Accepted.

• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS.
