Pay Rate:

Orientation: $310 / hr.

Regular rate: $310 / hr.

OT: $466/hr.

Call Back Rate: $350/hr

Night call (Beeper fee): $350

24 hour call: $2700

Gratis 4 hour (24 hour call).

Scope of Work:

This position is 24hour call coverage ONLY. 100% Hospital based. Trauma, Adults & Peds.

Dates of Coverage:

April 11(8am) - April 13(8am)

April 18(8am) - April 20(8am)

April 25(8am - April 27(8am)

May 9(8am) - May 18(8am)

June 6(8am) - June 12(8am)

Candidate Requirements

Active IN State License Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (Certification must be obtained within 5 years of residency). Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): More than 2 years Flu vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption. Certifications: BLS-AHA issued.
